We really loved our Kintsugi class at Burghley. Very informative and plenty of time to learn and get to grips with this intersting art form! It would be helpful if we were given more specific sourcing of the matetials so we could do this at home!

Spent a fabulous afternoon at Burghley House attending the Kintsugi workshop. Being a frequent traveller to Japan and a fan of Japanese culture as well as a clumsy individual, I have wanted to learn the art of Kintsugi. It's a great philosophy, and there are various pieces at home that need it!The afternoon was informative, and featured a demonstration, and then a couple of hours of hands on practice with expertise guidance and back up.Had i been able to buy the materials there to take home and use, I would have. A materials list has been subsequently shared, so I'll get started on my own Kintsugi journey!

They meticulously set up the event space, ensuring all necessary materials were readily available, allowing participants to engage with ease. A creatively stimulating and calming experience. Almost meditative. The staff are friendly and thank you for answering all my basic questions regarding techniques. Jurga’s passion and Waheed’s ability to make the process fun with his wit makes it all an experience to cherish.
